WHAT WE OFFER
Simple Formats, Real Coaching

TrueForm keeps it simple: every session is private, duet, or trio — apparatus-based Pilates with an instructor watching your form the entire time, not spread across a packed room. New here? Start with a single intro session for $75, or commit to the full 3-session intro package for $195.

01

The Full Apparatus

Reformer, Cadillac/tower and ladder barrel — the whole classical kit, not a mat in the corner.

02

Three People, Maximum

Book solo, bring one person, or bring two. That is the whole menu — group classes are not offered.

03

Owner-Operated

You train with Carly Jakubowski, who owns the studio — not a rotating schedule of staff.

QUESTIONS

Before You Book

What's the difference between a private, duet, and trio Pilates session?

A private session is just you and your instructor, fully custom to your goals. A duet pairs you with one other person — a friend, partner, or family member — splitting the cost while keeping the same hands-on coaching. Trio adds a third person, still small enough for the instructor to correct everyone’s form in real time. None of these are group classes — the largest is three people, period.

What should I expect from my first session at TrueForm Pilates?

Your first visit starts with a quick conversation about your goals, injuries, or areas you want to focus on, then a hands-on introduction to the reformer and other apparatus. Expect your instructor correcting your form throughout — that’s the point of training small. Wear fitted clothing and socks (grip socks work great), and plan for about 50 minutes.

Where can I find Pilates classes in Milan, Michigan?

Milan doesn’t have a dedicated Pilates studio nearby. The closest private studio option is TrueForm Pilates in Saline, about 15 minutes away, offering one-on-one and small-group (duet/trio) sessions instead of large group classes.

WHO YOU TRAIN WITH

CARLY
JAKUBOWSKI

Owner-instructor, True Form Pilates

True Form is owner-operated. You train with the person whose name is on the studio, not whichever instructor the schedule assigned that week.

Every session here is private, duet, or trio, on the full classical apparatus. That means someone is watching how you move and adjusting the work to your body, session to session, instead of running a room of twelve through the same routine.
