Clients from Chelsea come to us there for a session built around your body that day, not a class you have to keep up with.
GETTING HERE
One Studio, By Appointment
True Form has one studio, at Mercantile Square, 141 E Michigan Ave, Suite A, in downtown Saline. Clients from Chelsea travel there for their sessions. Sessions are by appointment only, 55 minutes each. Book online, or call or text 734-366-0337; online booking closes two hours before the session start, so call or text for anything closer to the day.
You also get the same instructor every time, so your program carries over instead of restarting.

What does a Pilates class usually cost?
Group reformer classes typically run per class or by membership. True Form doesn't do group classes — pricing is per private, duet, or trio session, starting with a 3-session intro ($195) or a single intro session ($75).
Where can I find Pilates classes in Chelsea, Michigan?

Where exactly is the studio?
True Form is in Mercantile Square at 141 E Michigan Ave, Suite A, in downtown Saline. It is the studio's only location. Sessions are booked by appointment, so confirm your time before you head over.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours of the start time, and missed sessions, result in the loss of that session. The full detail is on the Studio Etiquette & Policies page.

True Form is owner-operated. You train with the person whose name is on the studio, not whichever instructor the schedule assigned that week.
Every session here is private, duet, or trio, on the full classical apparatus. That means someone is watching how you move and adjusting the work to your body, session to session, instead of running a room of twelve through the same routine.
