By using this website or booking a session with True Form Pilates, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.
Sessions & Booking
The studio offers private, duet and trio Pilates sessions by appointment. Bookings and payments are handled through Arketa, our scheduling platform, and completing a booking or purchase there is also subject to Arketa’s own terms.
Session packs are redeemable as described at the time of purchase, including the number of sessions and the expiration window shown at checkout. Packs are personal to you unless the pack explicitly allows guest use.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, and missed sessions, result in the loss of that session. Genuine emergencies happen; reach out as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you. Our full studio policies are on the Studio Etiquette & Policies page.
Health & Safety
Pilates instruction is not medical treatment, physical therapy or healthcare advice. You are responsible for consulting a physician about any condition, injury or limitation that may affect your ability to participate safely, and for telling your instructor about injuries or discomfort before and during each session.
Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks. A liability waiver is presented and agreed to as part of booking; its terms form part of your agreement with the studio.
Website Content
The content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to True Form Pilates and may not be reused without permission. We work to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors, and schedule availability shown is always subject to confirmation at booking.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site or studio services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
