What We Collect
When you book a session or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address and phone number. When you complete our intake or health form, we also collect the health information you choose to share so your instructor can teach you safely.
Payments are processed by our booking provider, Arketa, and their payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
How We Use It
We use your information to schedule and manage your sessions, communicate with you about bookings, tailor instruction to your needs, and, only if you opt in, send you studio news and updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.
Who We Share It With
Your booking and payment information is handled by Arketa, the scheduling platform that powers our bookings, under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
Cookies & Analytics
We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) only if you accept them on our cookie banner; declining keeps the whole site and booking working. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, and our Cookie Policy lists exactly what we use and why.
